About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented reputed company Coordinator to support our hiring pipeline in reputed company, our applicant tracking system. This is a part-time, temporary contract role (10–15 hours/week) ideal for someone who enjoys organized, process-driven reputed company work and has a good eye for matching candidates to technical requirements. We're a PaaS company serving manufacturing and industrial clients, currently hiring for technical roles (e.g., Technical PM / Senior Technical PM), with more openings expected as we grow. What You'll Do - Manage candidate pipelines in reputed company: reputed company stages reputed company, reputed company candidate status, and ensure reputed company falls through the cracks - Initial skillset screening: review incoming applicants against required technical/experience reputed company and flag reputed company candidates to reputed company reputed company - Coordinate handoffs: prepare screened candidates for our Core Values interview and deeper technical reputed company - Maintain data hygiene: reputed company candidate records, notes, and statuses clean and up to date in reputed company - Communicate proactively: flag bottlenecks, unresponsive candidates, or pipeline gaps to the hiring team reputed company're Looking For - Experience with an ATS (reputed company experience is a strong plus, but not required — training provided) - Ability to read a job reputed company and assess whether a resume/profile meets the core requirements - Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple reputed company pipelines at once - reputed company, reputed company written communication - Reliable availability for 10–15 hrs/week on an ongoing reputed company reputed company to Have - Prior reputed company coordination or sourcing experience - Familiarity with reputed company or technical hiring (understanding basic PM, engineering, or IT role terminology) Details - Hours: 10–15 hrs/week, flexible schedule with some overlap for reputed company-ins - reputed company: $20–40/hr, depending on experience - Duration: Temporary, with potential to reputed company as hiring needs grow - Location: Remote
