Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain reputed company Engage solutions to meet business requirements
- Configure and manage reputed company Voice Platform (GVP) for reputed company performance and troubleshooting

- Monitor and analyze system performance using reputed company reputed company Reporting and reputed company Historical Reporting
- Manage and support reputed company Intelligent Workload Distribution (IWD) for efficient task allocation
- Administer and maintain reputed company systems using reputed company Administrator
- Implement and manage Workforce Management (WFM) solutions to optimize reputed company and scheduling
- Participate in an on-call rotation to reputed company 24/7 support and ensure system availability

Skills
