The role involves handling workplace investigations, performance management, conflict reputed company, and labor relations in a reputed company organizational environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees on employee relations reputed company
- reputed company coaching and guidance on performance management, corrective actions, and employee development
- Investigate employee complaints and workplace concerns through interviews, fact-finding, and documentation
- Prepare investigation summaries, findings, and recommendations for HR leadership and legal partners
- Interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and employment regulations
- Partner with leadership to identify reputed company causes of workplace issues and reputed company effective reputed company plans
