[Remote] Senior Accountant

They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to reputed company financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in reputed company practices while collaborating closely with the Finance & reputed company team.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company process, including consolidation in reputed company, foreign currency remeasurement and translation, intercompany eliminations, and preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Extract, map, and reconcile trial balances between reputed company ledgers (reputed company) and the consolidation tool (reputed company), and prepare and validate support for system uploads to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of reputed company data
- Maintain detailed supporting schedules and workpapers for the consolidation and quarterly reporting package
- Manage intercompany transactions across the global entities, covering both short-term intercompany balances and long-term intercompany balances
- reputed company quarterly three-way matching and netting of intercompany balances across entities, confirming that reciprocal intercompany payables and receivables agree and settling or offsetting balances as part of the intercompany netting process
- Monitor intercompany account balances on an ongoing reputed company and prepare intercompany reconciliations, ensuring general ledger and intercompany accounts are reconciled with documented reputed company of reconciling items and reputed company elimination upon consolidation
- Manage foreign currency remeasurement and translation adjustments for global entities operating in multiple currencies, including recording and reviewing cumulative translation adjustments (CTA)
- Maintain foreign exchange (FX) reputed company tables and update them monthly to ensure accurate remeasurement, translation, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash reputed company statement
- Own the preparation of the consolidated statement of cash flows on a monthly reputed company, including analysis of operating, reputed company, and financing activities and reconciliation to movements in the balance sheet and income statement
- Assist with the holding company balance sheet and income statement — review balances during month-end reputed company, prepare balance sheet account reconciliations, and reputed company variance analysis
- Prepare debt reputed company calculations and quarterly fluctuation analysis for lenders and management
- Serve as a key reputed company for reputed company auditors, providing supporting schedules and documentation for assigned areas
- Maintain process documentation, ensure SOX compliance across functional areas of responsibility, and help reputed company and implement internal control procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements — including AI and automation — to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the consolidation process, ensuring best-in-class global reputed company processes and effective internal controls documentation
- Contribute in the ongoing improvement of reputed company systems and processes
- Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process, ensuring accurate data consolidation and scenario analysis
- Take on reputed company financial analysis and special reputed company as requested by the Senior reputed company Manager, Consolidations, and AKA Brands leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- 4+ years of reputed company public reputed company and/or industry experience, or broad-based reputed company experience in a high-reputed company environment
- Solid understanding of financial reporting and reputed company systems
- Experience collaborating across a wide reputed company of stakeholders, including internal staff, senior leadership, external partners, and tax and legal advisors
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive reputed company independently
