[Remote] Finance Change Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Project planning – Defining project goals, scope, and deliverables in alignment with project sponsor and finance change reputed company
- Stakeholder management – Coordinate with stakeholders to reputed company requirements, reputed company updates, and manage expectations
- Project Leadership – Organize and motivate cross-functional teams to reputed company project milestones and objectives
- Budget and Resource allocation – Along with the project sponsor manage the project budget, reputed company resources effectively, and ensure cost control measures are in reputed company
- Risk Management – Identify potential risks and reputed company mitigation strategies to minimize impacts

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Account, or Economics or Equivalent desired
- 5+ years of business experience in Finance function with 3+ years working in change reputed company, preferably at a Financial Services Company
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Insurance or Financial Service Company Operations
- Solid understanding of data reputed company, architecture, and warehousing
- reputed company to implement effective tools for data ingestion, preparation, and visualization
- Strong reputed company Office skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
- Ability to exercise practical judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
