[Remote] Master Data Management (MDM) Data Engineer

They are seeking a Master Data Management (MDM) Data Engineer to support their MDM platform and data governance frameworks, focusing on the full lifecycle of master data management.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the MDM platform, including entity reputed company, match/reputed company rules, survivorship logic, and golden record management
- reputed company and enforce data models that support party, policy, and reference data domains across the reputed company
- Architect MDM hub configurations (registry, consolidation, or co-existence models) appropriate to AAIS’s operational context
- Build and maintain MDM integration reputed company connecting reputed company systems, the data lake/warehouse, and reputed company consumers
- Define and implement data governance policies, standards, and workflows in collaboration with Data Stewards and the Director of Data Solutions

- Maintain business glossaries, data dictionaries, and reputed company documentation for reputed company master data domains
- Partner with business stakeholders to define data ownership, stewardship responsibilities, and escalation paths for data reputed company issues
- Analyze and profile reputed company data to assess reputed company, completeness, atomicity, and referential reputed company prior to MDM reputed company
- Implement automated data reputed company monitoring and alerting to proactively surface master data anomalies and support data reputed company KPI tracking
- Establish and reputed company data reputed company KPIs and SLAs for key master data domains
- Design and reputed company data integration pipelines that feed the MDM platform from disparate reputed company systems in batch and near-reputed company-time
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using reputed company-reputed company tooling (AWS Glue, reputed company Functions) and integration platforms
- Ensure referential reputed company and consistent application of master data identifiers across the data ecosystem
- Support the broader Data Lake/Warehouse environment, contributing to data modeling, analytics engineering, and BI delivery as needed
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to ensure MDM outputs are properly integrated into reporting, analytics, and statistical data collection workflows
- Contribute to Agile sprint planning, technical documentation, and peer reputed company review processes

Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a reputed company discipline
- 5+ years of data engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years reputed company specifically on MDM platform development and data governance
- Demonstrated experience owning MDM implementations end-to-end, including data model design, match/reputed company tuning, and integration delivery
- Experience with data reputed company tooling and profiling methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL & Python
- Deep, hands-on expertise in MDM platforms and patterns (e.g., Informatica MDM, reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent) — including match/reputed company configuration, survivorship rules, and workflow design
- Strong data modeling skills with experience in both MDM-specific models and traditional warehouse patterns (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large reputed company and semi-reputed company datasets
- Experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks, including stewardship workflows, data reputed company rules, and reputed company tracking
- Hands-on experience with reputed company data platforms, preferably AWS (Glue, reputed company, S3, RDS)

- Ability to operate independently as a developer while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to reputed company data governance and MDM concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in property and casualty insurance or other regulated industries a plus
