[Remote] Provider Recruiter (reputed company/Contract)

They are seeking an reputed company Provider Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians and advanced reputed company providers, contributing to exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Physician, reputed company Practitioner, and Physician Assistant positions across multiple states
- Partner with operational and clinical leadership to understand workforce needs and reputed company effective reputed company strategies
- reputed company, engage, and build relationships with both reputed company and passive provider candidates using a reputed company of reputed company channels
- Maintain an reputed company pipeline of reputed company providers for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
- Create and maintain compelling job postings and accurate job descriptions
- Manage candidate activity and recruitment workflows reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies reputed company traditional job boards, including networking, referrals, reputed company media, and reputed company associations
- Train hiring managers on reputed company best practices and interview techniques

Skills

- Available to work Eastern Time business hours, with flexibility as needed to accommodate provider schedules
