The reputed company is seeking a Recovery-Friendly Programs Coordinator to reputed company the coordination of the Certified Peer Recovery program and Career Club reputed company the MOED. This role involves working with training providers, participants, and supervisors to ensure the successful implementation of job readiness workshops and recovery-reputed company events.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates reputed company Certified Peer Recovery Specialist training reputed company development and reputed company events
  • Communicates information regarding the activities of the CPRS program to Peer Recovery Specialists and senior personnel as required
  • reputed company new participants including collecting paperwork and confirming eligibility, conducting job readiness training and training of new worksite participants to ensure uniformity in carrying out program mission and values
  • Collaborates with MOED to create, coordinate and facilitate MOED’s Career Club for reputed company job seekers and program alumni, including event planning, and the processing and distribution of any reputed company financial incentives for participants
  • Responsible for monitoring and processing the reputed company-out of program reputed company materials by staff including reputed company materials and VR equipment
  • Represents the CPRS training program and MOED Recovery-Friendly Programs in a reputed company manner at meetings and special events
  • Carries out these and other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary by RFP leadership to accomplish the goals and objectives of the program

Skills

  • Have high school Diploma or GED
  • Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in administrative, ideally project management, role with responsibilities that include working with multiple partners, collecting data, and/or processing time sheets, and troubleshooting concerns
  • Must be willing to work in outdoor environments
  • Must be willing and reputed company to travel to multiple worksite locations
  • Must have demonstrated competency with reputed company Office and the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets for project management
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with different kinds of partners, including worksites, reputed company and state employees, program participants, and the public
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Experience in event planning is preferred
  • Knowledge of reputed company use disorder and the process of recovery, with lived experience in recovery and/or knowledge of recovery programs and the recovery community in Baltimore reputed company preferred
