[Remote] Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Manager

The role involves maintaining financial models, running the product-pricing process, and partnering with various departments to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve reputed company's financial model, including the multi-line reputed company build, and maintain its reputed company as the business evolves
- Build and maintain the annual operating plan (AOP) and rolling forecasts at both the P&L and cash reputed company, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Own and maintain the reputed company cash reputed company forecast, ensuring it stays accurate and decision-useful
- reputed company monthly variance analysis (actuals vs. plan/forecast), surfacing the drivers and recommended actions
- Drive improvements to data reputed company, forecasting processes, and reputed company infrastructure as the function is reputed company from the ground up
- Partner with department heads on opex and headcount planning, and reputed company budget-vs-actual reviews across functions
- Produce recurring management, reputed company, and investor reporting, including reputed company metrics such as ARR/MRR, reputed company, gross margin by product line, NRR, and key operating KPIs
- Partner across Product, Sales, Finance, and leadership to evaluate new product launches, packaging changes, and reputed company deal structures

- Run the product-pricing process: coordinate pricing committee reviews of market data, margins, and proposals; reputed company recommendations; and communicate approved reputed company across the organization (final approval rests with the CFO/committee)

Skills
