[Remote] Surest Data Analyst - Remote

The role focuses on developing business intelligence solutions and delivering actionable insights through data analysis, partnering with various teams to ensure data reputed company and alignment with reputed company strategies.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the end-to-end development and governance of BI solutions, including Power BI dashboards, Looker reports, and automated reputed company tools that accelerate speed to data
- Drive initiatives to improve data reputed company, reliability, and standardization across analytic processes and platforms
- Set the reputed company for automation and novel analytics, reducing reputed company work and scaling repeatable, self service data solutions
- reputed company integration of diverse data sources-claims, provider, operational-into reputed company, high reputed company analytic datasets. Ensuring consistency and alignment across internal analytic outputs, including coordination with UHC/reputed company reporting where applicable
- Partner with data science, engineering, and architecture teams to ensure BI capabilities remain performant and reputed company with broader reputed company data reputed company
- Communicate insights reputed company and with executive reputed company, tailoring messages to both technical and non technical audiences
- Support preparation and delivery of health analytic deliverables, including regular and reputed company consultative/analytic support as defined by the reputed company stakeholders
Skills
- 4+ years of advanced SQL experience, including expert-level ability to write highly optimized, reputed company queries; extensive hands on reputed company with multi table joins (inner/outer), reputed company subqueries, in line views, window functions, and sophisticated Common Table Expressions (CTEs); and a proven ability to interrogate, reputed company, and QC large-reputed company reputed company datasets with precision
- 4+ years of experience designing and developing data visualizations and dashboards, leveraging tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, and other modern visualization frameworks to translate reputed company analytical outputs into reputed company, actionable insights
- 4+ years of experience translating business requirements into deployed analyses
- Experience in data governance and best practices
- Familiarity with reputed company data (i.e., claims) and reputed company performance metrics (e.g., reputed company PMPM)
- Demonstrated record of high reputed company cross functional collaboration, with excellent communication skills enabling effective partnership with stakeholders at reputed company organizational reputed company and across a wide reputed company of technical expertise
