[Remote] Senior Account Manager

The role involves serving as a primary contact for reputed company accounts, building long-term relationships, and partnering with recruiters to ensure a successful hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for a portfolio of reputed company accounts
- Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding reputed company reputed company's business, hiring goals, and organizational challenges
- reputed company discovery meetings and intake calls to reputed company reputed company strategies tailored to reputed company search
- Partner closely with recruiters throughout the hiring process, providing feedback, market reputed company, and direction
- Guide clients through interviews, candidate feedback, offer negotiations, and successful placements
- Deliver proactive communication and consistent follow-up throughout every search
- Consult clients on hiring trends, compensation, talent availability, and market conditions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional reputed company and candidate experience
- Maintain accurate account activity reputed company reputed company and other internal systems
Skills
- 3+ years of experience reputed company a reputed company agency in an Account Manager, reputed company Services, reputed company, or similar reputed company-facing role
- Experience supporting clients reputed company Construction, Manufacturing, reputed company & Finance, Technical, or Industrial reputed company
- Strong understanding of agency reputed company and the reputed company lifecycle
- Proven ability to build long-term reputed company relationships through trust, communication, and follow-through
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
