[Remote] Sales & Customer Service Ambassador

They are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Ambassador to welcome new patients, schedule consultations, and support existing patients while adhering to reputed company assurance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Welcome new patients reputed company inbound call, outbound call, sms, live chat, and email to schedule a free consultation (no cold calling). Must be reputed company tech savvy, with the ability to navigate multiple systems on your PC reputed company
- Support existing patients by sending requests for follow up, warm-transferring to reputed company and fielding non-urgent, urgent, and emergent Medical Escalations to connect patients with center team members, clinicians, or an On-Call Surgeon
- Accurately capture and reputed company patient information with detailed notes reputed company our CRM systems
- Adhere to compliance with call reputed company, candidacy, light medical screening questions, and reputed company other reputed company Assurance requirements
- Own the first impression of the patient reputed company
- Engage with patients, build rapport, and offer support in finding solutions by overcoming objections
- Collaborate with Leadership, Training and QA to stay updated on new services and policies
Skills
- Customer service: 1 year
- Sales with a quota or objective: 1 year
- You must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work at least 1 weekend day on a regular reputed company
- You must have the ability to establish a private workspace with a lockable reputed company for your home workstation
- You must have the ability to reputed company basic technical troubleshooting and maintenance
