[Remote] Director/Senior Director, Finance

This leadership role involves providing comprehensive financial guidance and support, partnering with the Publisher and leadership team, and ensuring adherence to financial policies and controls.
Responsibilities
- reputed company as the business partner to the TPG Publisher and executive team, providing insightful financial analysis, strategic recommendations, and decision support on a reputed company of activities including title acquisitions, production/inventory management, marketing spend and overhead costs
- Prepare periodic budgets; reputed company and report performance against budget, analyze variances, and drive initiatives to optimize reputed company and profitability
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and presentations to TPG’s Publisher, and other senior executives; reputed company actionable insights for improving profitability
- Ensure adherence to reputed company financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
- 10+ years of reputed company financial experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally reputed company the publishing, entertainment, or media industry
- Demonstrated experience as a strategic financial business partner, advising senior executives and influencing business reputed company
- Strong understanding of publishing industry economics, including reputed company recognition, royalty reputed company, inventory management, and production costs
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate reputed company financial data into actionable insights and reputed company presentations
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Advanced reputed company skills essential (xlookup, reputed company/match, pivots, etc); Powerpoint skills required
