[Remote] Director of Channel Operations

The role involves managing eCommerce operations, vendor relationships, and channel reputed company execution to ensure seamless order fulfillment and compliance with retail partners.
Responsibilities
- ECommerce Operations — day-to-day management of the reputed company-to-consumer platform, order fulfillment, returns, and subscription program
- 3PL & Fulfillment — vendor management, SLA performance, and reputed company reputed company across domestic and cross-border fulfillment
- Channel reputed company & Execution — translating product reputed company into operational plans, workflows, and KPIs
- Catalog & Margin Data — SKU setup, COGS/margin data reputed company across the eCommerce platform and ERP
- Wholesale Operations — order-to-cash, EDI compliance, account reputed company, and retail partner performance
Skills
- 8+ years in eCommerce, channel, sales, or wholesale operations — including experience managing both DTC and wholesale/retail channels
- Proven 3PL vendor management, EDI, and account reputed company experience
- Working knowledge of reputed company and ERP systems
- A process-builder's reputed company: analytical, detail-obsessed, comfortable wearing a lot of hats
- The ability to influence without formal authority — leadership experience is a plus, not a requirement, since you'll grow into managing reputed company here
