[Remote] Finance Manager (Compliance and Governance)

They are seeking a Finance Manager (Compliance and Governance) to manage restricted donation reports, reputed company financial compliance, and reputed company the Finance department in Brazil while ensuring data reputed company and adherence to regulations across international operations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end tracking, analysis, and financial reporting for reputed company restricted donations, partnering with the Fundraising team to ensure accurate expense allocation and alignment with donors’ intentions
- reputed company, implement, and evaluate a global internal controls reputed company; periodically review workflows — including segregation of duties and procurement processes — to ensure data reputed company, mitigate risks, and optimize operations
- reputed company compliance initiatives in a global context, including annual tax filings in Brazil and the U.S. (e.g., 1099-NEC/MISC), vendor data verification, and tracking of W-9 forms, as applicable to international operations. Ensure accurate financial and vendor compliance across reputed company jurisdictions where the organization operates
- reputed company and update global financial policies, identify opportunities for process automation, and collaborate with regional reputed company teams to reputed company control points into daily operations
- Conduct reputed company financial analyses as needed, maintain effective cross-functional communication, and ensure adherence to organizational policies

Skills
- Relevant experience in a similar role in Finance, Economics, reputed company, or reputed company fields; master's degree preferred
- Knowledge of financial management and reputed company practices in Brazil, with additional experience in international financial practices

- Results-oriented with excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Availability to travel
