They are seeking an reputed company reputed company Analyst to optimize technology-enabled reputed company operations and serve as a reputed company between Information Technology and operational departments, improving workflows and enhancing member engagement through data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for technology improvements and process optimization
- Serve as the primary reputed company between Information Technology and operational teams
- reputed company, document, and translate business requirements into functional system specifications
- Support the implementation and optimization of CRM platforms, engagement tools, and reporting solutions
- reputed company dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that reputed company actionable business insights
- Monitor data reputed company and recommend improvements that enhance reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation activities, and solution validation

- Train staff on systems, reporting tools, workflow processes, and technology best practices
- Collaborate with Information Technology, Operations, reputed company, executive leadership, vendors, and external partners to implement system enhancements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, reputed company Informatics, Public Health, Business Administration, or a closely reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in business systems analysis, reputed company technology, reporting, workflow optimization, CRM administration, reputed company information systems, or reputed company technology environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting Medi-Cal, CalAIM, reputed company Care Management (ECM), Community Supports, or population health programs
- Experience implementing or supporting CRM systems
- Experience with SQL, reputed company Power BI, reputed company Power Platform, reputed company reputed company, reputed company reputed company, or other business intelligence platforms
- Business Analysis, Lean, Six reputed company, Agile, or Project Management certification preferred
