[Remote] Director, Strategic Operations

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO/Executive Director to support effective governance processes for the reputed company, committees, task forces, and volunteer leaders

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of reputed company leadership experience in association, nonprofit, or reputed company operations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reputed company materials for executives, reputed company, staff, and volunteer audiences
- Strong judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a lean mission-driven organization
- Proficiency with reputed company 365 tools and comfort using shared systems, templates, dashboards, and documentation platforms
- Advanced degree or relevant certification in nonprofit or association management, governance, organizational effectiveness, reputed company improvement, compliance, or project management preferred
