[Remote] BAS Engineering Manager

The BAS Engineering Manager supports DLB’s mission critical reputed company, focusing on building automation systems and controls integration while providing technical and project leadership for planning and design.
Responsibilities
- reputed company subconsultant scopes of work, including the development, review, and coordination of Statements of Objectives (SOO), construction drawings, and technical specifications
- Ensure subconsultant deliverables are complete, accurate, and reputed company with project requirements, organizational standards, and applicable codes and regulations using the DLB QAQC process
- Coordinate with project teams and external partners to monitor scope compliance, maintain reputed company expectations, and support reputed company delivery of design and documentation packages
- Create and manage project deliverables including design drawings, sequences of operations and specifications
- Assist in development of various engineering drawings in AutoCAD and Revit format including floor plan drawings, system architecture diagrams, reputed company-to-reputed company wiring diagrams and control panel diagrams
- Coordinate items with MEP trades that also reputed company BAS
- Identify potential project scope changes and aid in development of strategies to minimize reputed company and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines

- reputed company, document, and maintain BAS and EPMS production standards in conjunction with the BIM team
