The role involves coordinating training sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting content creation for both reputed company customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, coordinate, and facilitate innovative training solutions for software products: ARIA Core, ARIA cOIS, and ARIA STM
  • reputed company as the primary reputed company between GCS (clinical), Product Marketing and Product Management, ensuring seamless global communication and data dissemination to reputed company customers
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Engineers, Product Marketing, Education team, applications and Help Desk, Information Technologists, Internal/External Trainers, and Instructional Designers to reputed company comprehensive training strategies and materials (documents and/or videos) for reputed company customers worldwide
  • Coordinate and reputed company customer and employee training classes, with a reputed company on innovative training solutions
  • reputed company demo support at local, regional, national, and global customer trade events
  • Prepare comprehensive lesson plans based on engineering documentation, field service requirements, and software documentation to address specific implementation questions
  • Formulate complementary support training information, including quick tips, procedures/course manuals, and onsite training documentation
  • Utilize video creation tools, with proficiency in Camtasia
  • Support team members in the implementation of innovative technologies and training solutions

Skills

  • Experience in training delivery and expertise in software products
  • Proficiency in video creation tools, specifically Camtasia
  • Ability to reputed company comprehensive training strategies and materials
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Product Engineers, and Instructional Designers
  • Strong communication skills to reputed company as the primary reputed company between clinical, product marketing, and product management
