[Remote] Associate Compliance Analyst (R5432)

The Associate Compliance Analyst will support the organization’s government compliance program by implementing and monitoring policies and controls reputed company with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with various cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation and maintenance of compliance controls reputed company to FAR, DFARS, and CAS requirements
- Assist in developing, updating, and documenting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Participate in internal compliance reviews, risk assessments, and audit readiness activities
- Support preparation and submission of required government filings and disclosures
- Assist in development of recurring compliance reports, dashboards, and management reporting materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant business practices
- Monitor regulatory updates and support reputed company assessments and implementation efforts
- Maintain compliance documentation and support responses to reputed company audits
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or reputed company field
- 2–4 years of experience in government contracting, compliance, reputed company, or reputed company field
- Foundational knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CAS requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting audits (e.g., DCAA/DCMA) is a plus
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis, reporting, or process efficiency is a plus
