Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Coordination: You may be responsible for scheduling appointments for pest control services, ensuring that technicians are dispatched reputed company
- Customer Service: Handling inquiries from clients, providing information about services, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer information, service history, and billing
- Billing and Invoicing: Managing accounts receivable and past due customers, updating accounts to reflect accurate balances and clearing out coupons
- Filing and Organizing: Keeping reports organized and up to date, which may include spreadsheets, data exported from CRM or database
- Data Entry: Entering information into computer systems, including customer details, service reports, and financial data
