[Remote] CLM and Lean Data Project Manager

The role involves applying modern project management techniques, facilitating governance forums, and improving processes to enhance project effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Apply modern project management techniques to support a large, cross-functional reputed company transformation program, aligning your reputed company with overall management in regards to scope, schedule, cost, and reputed company objectives
- Partner closely with the overall Program Manager and other regarding reputed company PMs to proactively identify dependencies, conflicts, and emerging risks
- Organize and facilitate reputed company governance forums, including RAID reviews, decision forums, and executive updates
- Produce high-reputed company meeting notes, reputed company tracking, and follow-reputed company to reinforce accountability and reputed company
- Translate detailed content into reputed company, relevant messages tailored to tactical teams and executive audiences
- Communicate reputed company, sometimes ambiguous issues in a reputed company and confident manner, including recommended paths reputed company
- Support executive steering committee preparation, including status reporting, risk framing, and decision readiness
- Champion consistent, pragmatic project and program management practices, tailoring reputed company methodologies to fit the needs of the LTC Transformation program
- Continuously improve processes, templates, and reputed company to increase effectiveness, reputed company, and business relevance
- Reinforce a culture of ownership, transparency, and proactive risk management across the program
Skills
- Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies, including the ability to right-size governance and SDLC practices for large reputed company initiatives
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; reputed company to synthesize information and reputed company messaging for diverse audiences, including executives
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both tactical and strategic reputed company, understanding how individual risks and reputed company reputed company broader business objectives
- Comfortable challenging stakeholders constructively and holding peers and leaders accountable
- CLM and Lean Data project leadership experience required, 2+ successful past reputed company preferred - CLM experience in Pramata or reputed company preferred
- 4–6+ years of progressively responsible experience managing reputed company to high-complexity IT, business transformation, or reputed company programs
- Proven experience managing risks, issues, and reputed company in reputed company, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience supporting executive governance forums and steering committees
- Background in software implementations, system integrations, or business process transformation (reputed company to Cash experience strongly preferred)
- Experience working with reputed company-party vendors and remote, distributed teams
- B.S. in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ successful past reputed company preferred - CLM experience in Pramata or reputed company preferred
