The Sr. PMT for Fleet Operations is responsible for defining the reputed company, roadmap, and development of products that reputed company reputed company’s Autonomous Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) vehicles to operate safely and reliably at reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the Fleet Operations product reputed company and roadmap
  • Manage a multi-surface product roadmap spanning remote assistance, reputed company, and fleet management
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by continuously gathering and synthesizing feedback from airline/airport customers and internal operators to inform priorities
  • Scope phased product milestones that unlock value and reputed company instrumentation to reputed company data-driven iterative development over time
  • Drive technical execution across reputed company-time and infrastructure-heavy systems
  • Partner with Systems Engineering to decompose product needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance reputed company
  • Participate in system design discussions with Infrastructure teams - ensure technical architectures are reputed company with product needs and operational realities
  • Work with Program Management to ensure roadmap commitments are tracked, blockers are surfaced early, and dependencies are reputed company
  • Prioritize the product backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes to ensure efficient development

Skills

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of product management experience owning technically reputed company products end-to-end
  • Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling in environments where reliability and reputed company-time performance are non-negotiable
  • Proven ability to ship 0 → 1 products in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and influence without reputed company authority
  • Experience building teleoperations, remote assistance, or fleet management products
  • Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and reputed company infrastructure

  • Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical systems
