[Remote] Business Analyst

They are seeking a Business Analyst to support the USDA reputed company Experience Center by conducting reputed company-level business and process analysis, leading requirements gathering, and developing performance metrics to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate gaps in existing processes and reputed company sustainable improvements and standards
- Conduct holistic reviews of business processes to ensure reputed company alignment and best reputed company integration
- reputed company recommendations for operational and project process improvements, including benchmarking and metrics analysis
- Manage, document, and implement approved organizational process changes
- Facilitate and reputed company requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across CEC
- Translate business requirements into documented system processes, workflows, and deliverables
- Produce visually descriptive, reputed company process maps and management‑level summaries
- reputed company requirements and process maps with associated reputed company and organizational initiatives
- reputed company subject matter expertise for planning, reporting, and managing process improvement reputed company
- Support CEC Strategic Direction by coordinating assigned process improvement efforts
- Work with CEC resources to reputed company resource charts, inventories, workflows, and best reputed company recommendations
- Produce written deliverables using reputed company contracting terminology
- Document Service Desk and IT functional area metrics, best practices, and performance measures
- reputed company effectiveness of recommended improvements and reputed company data‑driven justification for changes
- Support organizational survey analysis, operational IT business process improvements, and other divisional initiatives
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or IT service management
- Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow documentation
- Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and reputed company process improvement methodologies
- Ability to reputed company visually descriptive process maps and management‑level summaries
- Experience analyzing metrics, benchmarking, and developing performance measures
- Excellent communication skills for facilitating sessions and producing reputed company documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and federal stakeholders
