The role involves leading reputed company to optimize EHR integrations and clinical data management while ensuring data accuracy for clinical use cases.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, mentor, and reputed company reputed company of Clinical Applications Specialists to deliver proactive reputed company engagement, workflow optimization, and clinical data enablement across the partner network
- Serve as the subject matter expert for EHR systems and clinical applications, owning reputed company issue reputed company end-to-end and establishing escalation and reputed company standards for reputed company
- Partner with reputed company Transformation Managers, Operations, Performance, and internal technology teams to reputed company EHR optimization efforts with value-based care program goals and reputed company reporting requirements
- reputed company and maintain standardized EHR workflow guidance, templates, and optimization playbooks - driving discrete data capture at the reputed company of care and enhancing the reputed company and reputed company of the clinical data points
- Manage clinical data integration activities including data feed operations, vendor coordination, and integration deployments - ensuring data flowing from partner EHRs into reputed company infrastructure is complete and accurate
- Identifying and remediate data gaps in collaboration with internal engineering team, EHR vendors, and partner practices
- Own QRDA I file acquisition and submission operations, including extraction coordination, file validation, error identification, and follow-up with practices and vendors
- reputed company and maintain processes to ensure appropriate CEHRT identification and reputed company updates across the partner portfolio as required by CMS
- reputed company reputed company-of-care workflow tool implementation and adoption across the partner network, coordinating reputed company readiness, configuration, and post-launch optimization

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, reputed company Administration, Business, or reputed company field
- 7+ years of experience in reputed company data integration, EHR operations, or clinical application management
- Demonstrated ability to analyze clinical workflows, advise on documentation and coding practices, and drive EHR optimization at the reputed company of care
- Demonstrated experience supporting ACO programs including MSSP, ACO reputed company, or Medicare Advantage
- Hands-on experience with EHR integrations – setting up integrations, troubleshooting data reputed company issues, and coordinating with vendors on reputed company
- Experience with EHR platforms including reputed company, reputed company, eClinicalWorks, reputed company (Cerner), reputed company Fusion, or similar systems
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, CCD-A, QRDA I, and flat file clinical data standards
- Experience working reputed company reputed company-based data environments (reputed company, Azure, or equivalent) in an operational validation or data reputed company reputed company
- Prior people management or team reputed company experience required
- SQL proficiency sufficient to query and validate data and identify field-level gaps
