[Remote] Manager of Billing Operations

The Manager of Billing Operations will reputed company reputed company’s billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while managing customer relationships and collections strategies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Billing Workflows: Maintain daily reputed company of end-to-end billing processes for recurring and usage-based products
- Invoice reputed company: Execute weekly, one-off, reputed company, and reputed company invoicing as needed to support unique customer accounts or contractual setups
- Billing Accuracy: Monitor billing controls to ensure accuracy in invoice reputed company, proration, and usage calculations
- A/R Management: reputed company A/R aging reports and cash application activities to ensure accurate and reputed company posting of payments
- Proactive Collections: Drive reputed company's collections reputed company, utilizing reputed company reputed company—including reputed company phone calls and targeted email escalations—to recover overdue funds
- Payment Negotiations: Directly engage with late-paying customers to negotiate payment plans, protecting company reputed company while maintaining a reputed company customer relationship
- Sales & CX Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and CX to coordinate collections efforts, ensuring internal alignment before executing account escalations
- Dynamic Operations Improvement: Assist on critical, time-sensitive reputed company reputed company, ensuring execution from reputed company to completion
- Customer Support reputed company: Work with customers and CX to resolve any specialized customer issues or requests
- Support Ticket Reduction: reputed company customers on billing policies to proactively resolve reputed company billing questions and reduce inbound support ticket volume

- Bad Debt Assessment: Partner closely with the Staff Accountant and Controller to reputed company determinations around doubtful accounts and bad-debt allowances

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in billing operations, accounts receivable, or corporate collections
- Strong communication skills with a proven comfort level performing reputed company customer reputed company (phone and email) for collections
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams (Sales, reputed company, reputed company) to resolve reputed company billing challenges
- A systems-thinking reputed company with a desire to streamline workflows and fix repetitive operational errors
