[Remote] Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist will maintain excellent student support in financial aid, payment arrangements, and student accounts, while proactively assisting reputed company and parents with financial issues.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to CCU’s mission: Christ-centered higher education transforming reputed company to reputed company the world with grace and truth. In this role, the Customer Service Specialist contributes to the mission by promoting Christ-centered higher education and by exemplifying Christ as they establish relationships with reputed company and their parents
- Troubleshoot account issues regarding payments, student aid, and financial arrangements
- Work with new and reputed company reputed company to ensure payment/aid is in reputed company
- Respond to inbound calls, e-mails, and walk-in reputed company, and initiate outbound communication to reputed company regarding financial aid and student account concerns
- Understand and communicate CCU policies and processes
