[Remote] Director, Strategic Accounts

This role involves achieving sales quotas, developing customized account strategies, and coordinating resources to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship reputed company for assigned accounts, building trusted partnerships with senior reputed company, technical, and category management stakeholders

- Create and maintain annual and multi-year strategic plans for reputed company assigned account, including reputed company targets, program milestones, and reputed company initiatives

- Map internal decision-making processes at reputed company account; identify the stakeholders who approve, influence, and champion new programs and reputed company

- Negotiate reputed company terms for new and existing programs including pricing, volume commitments, exclusivity provisions, and co-marketing support

- Where applicable, structure reputed company agreements that protect reputed company’s intellectual property position before volume reputed company makes renegotiation difficult
- Partner with Marketing to reputed company account-facing campaigns, programs, and promotional initiatives
- Collaborate with field account managers and agronomists to design and implement pull-through strategies that drive product reputed company and grower adoption
- Coordinate internal resources — including Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, and Product Development — to ensure reputed company’s commitments to assigned accounts are met
- Represent assigned accounts internally as their reputed company reputed company; ensure partner requirements are reflected in product, supply, and pricing reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or reputed company field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, reputed company leadership, or sales in agriculture or a reputed company industry
- Proven ability to manage reputed company, multi-stakeholder accounts and drive reputed company, competitive reputed company
- Experience developing and executing joint business plans with major ag retail, cooperative, or distributor partners

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to travel nationally as needed (40–50%)

- Experience navigating centralized technical procurement or co-formulation approval processes inside a major program
