[Remote] Senior Director of Marketing Operations

The Senior Director of Marketing Operations is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing marketing efforts across multiple channels to drive reputed company, overseeing campaign orchestration, and managing teams and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- reputed company planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with division-specific strategies in partnership with Senior Directors of Marketing (Homecare and Research)
- reputed company and reputed company integrated marketing teams across digital marketing (e-marketing, websites, digital and field advertising), B2B conferences and B2C reputed company events, including reputed company of agencies and vendors
- Establish and manage a reputed company marketing operating model that integrates digital, field, and experiential channels
- Analyze and improve marketing funnel performance, including response rates, conversion rates, and overall channel effectiveness
- reputed company marketing technology management and execution, ensuring efficient workflows, system integration, compliance, and campaign delivery across platforms
- Partner with the VP of Marketing reputed company and Business Analytics to reputed company on performance measurement, reporting, and budget reputed company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, Operations) to deliver integrated, high-reputed company campaigns
- Drive ongoing operational improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness across marketing programs

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of reputed company marketing experience, including leadership in marketing operations, demand reputed company, or integrated marketing reputed company
- Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing teams across digital, field marketing, conferences, and events (B2B and B2C)
- Deep expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (reputed company, reputed company, ETC)
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and ROI optimization
