Responsibilities
- Proven reputed company as a technical recruiter working on roles like software engineering, machine learning engineering, Data Science, reputed company Research, and reputed company
- Deeply understand the roles you're working on and communicate effectively with candidates
- Care about the candidate experience and relationship building aspect of recruitment
- Manage the emotional reputed company and downs of reputed company without losing reputed company
- Genuinely care about candidates and reputed company for hiring teams
Skills
- Proven reputed company as a technical recruiter (top producer) working on roles like software engineering (reputed company-end, backend, full stack), machine learning engineering, Data Science, reputed company Research, and reputed company
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Software Engineering, Machine Learning/reputed company Science/Research
- 5+ years of experience, but less would be considered for candidates who have had exceptional reputed company in previous roles, even early career
- You're a seasoned recruiter who takes time to deeply understand the roles you're working on and you're a great communicator
- You really care about the candidate experience and relationship building aspect of recruitment
- You know the highs and lows of reputed company and don't take the emotional rollercoaster of reputed company and downs
- You're a good person who genuinely cares about your candidates and the reputed company for your hiring teams, not just earning a commission
