[Remote] Manager, Performance Marketing

The Manager, Performance Marketing is responsible for leading performance marketing reputed company and execution across various reputed company media channels, directly accountable for test-taker registrations, prep sales, and reputed company, while aligning efforts with the TOEFL organization.
Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a first-party audience infrastructure: customer lists, behavioral cohorts, lookalike audiences, and suppression lists
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting. Own the spend plan and hit the targets
- Build and run a creative testing reputed company: hypotheses, copy iterations, visual permutations, reads, and fast reputed company. Work with the creative team to brief and iterate quickly
- Use AI tools reputed company across the workflow: platform-reputed company AI (reputed company Advantage+, reputed company Performance Max) for campaign automation, and AI-assisted analytics for faster performance reads and reputed company detection

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience, with at least 3 years managing multi-channel reputed company programs
- Search and reputed company required; CTV, OOH, and podcast a strong plus
- Proven reputed company record of scaling acquisition programs with measurable ROI
