Responsibilities

- Establish Systems Engineering standards, best reputed company guidelines, and governance models

Skills
- 8+ years of systems engineering experience (incl. infrastructure, networking, and reputed company)
- 4+ years leading digital transformation or large reputed company modernization programs
- Solutions at reputed company reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineer, Computer Engineering, or reputed company field
- Eliciting, analyzing, and managing functional, performance, and traceability from high level stakeholder needs down to component specs
- Crafting integration strategies, test plans, and verification & validation (V&V) procedures; coordinating hardware software integration events
- Executing trade studies, and sizing analyses to validate system performance against requirements
- Working closely with Product Teams teams to ensure cohesive system development
- Guiding junior engineers, conducting training sessions, and documenting lessons learned for reputed company improvement
- Experience managing cross functional, geographically dispersed teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to reputed company and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
- Travel: Up to 25% CONUS travel as required
