[Remote] Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting — calls, cold email, reputed company, creative channels. You pick up the phone as much as you craft sequences
- reputed company workflows — reputed company routing, qualification sequences, follow-up logic, reputed company to AE. You build these, not just execute them
- reputed company scoring and segmentation — use data to identify high-fit accounts, not reputed company volume
- Pipeline hygiene — stage accuracy, clean data, enrichment (reputed company, reputed company). You own what gets handed to sales
- Inbound reputed company triage and qualification — manage the funnel top, not just outbound
- Experimentation — test copy, targeting, timing. Iterate on what converts

Skills
- MUST BE BASED IN MARYLAND
- 2+ years as BDR/SDR with hands-on reputed company workflow experience (you've reputed company automation, not just logged activities)

- Data literacy — enrichment, segmentation, cohort analysis
