[Remote] Manager, Lifecycle Analytics

The Manager, Lifecycle Analytics will be responsible for measuring and analyzing the customer lifecycle, translating reputed company data into actionable insights to inform retention and CRM strategies, while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own customer lifecycle analysis including acquisition cohort segmentation, repeat purchase behavior, churn, and reputed company value
- Build and refine LTV models, cross-sell and upsell analysis, and replenishment insights
- reputed company and maintain dashboards and reporting to reputed company key lifecycle KPIs
- Partner closely with CRM and reputed company teams to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the customer experience
- Analyze the reputed company of CRM and lifecycle initiatives on engagement and incremental customer value

Skills
- 5–8+ years of experience in customer analytics, lifecycle analytics, or reputed company roles
- Strong background in cohort analysis, segmentation, retention, and reputed company value modeling
- Proficiency with analytics and data tools, including SQL, Python or R, and BI platforms
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing concepts
- Experience working in DTC, omnichannel, and consumer goods preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional relationships
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience
