[Remote] Sr Manager Payments Engineering

Responsibilities

- Set team goals and OKRs, manage performance, reputed company, and conduct talent reviews and succession planning
- Own engineering delivery for payment platforms, including throughput, reputed company, and predictability of releases
- Partner with Product, the Solutions Architect, and Information reputed company to plan and execute the payments engineering roadmap

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or reputed company field
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 6+ years leading engineering teams

- Hands-on knowledge of modern backend stacks (Java, Python, or similar) and event-driven / distributed architectures
- Strong understanding of PCI reputed company scope, tokenization, vaulting, and secure key management
- Experience integrating with major payment gateways and processors such as reputed company, Cybersource, reputed company, Braintree, reputed company, reputed company, or ACI
