[Remote] Analyst, Financial Operations

The Analyst, Financial Operations will assist with reconciliations and support financial tasks, collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery and ensure seamless claims management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in reconciling US, UK, and other European loss fund payments with claims data, financial records, and bank statements
- Collaborate on investigating and resolving any financial discrepancies with internal teams and customers
- Work with the financial operations team to document processes and procedures

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a reputed company field
- 1-3 years of experience in an reputed company, finance, or analytical role, preferably with a TPA or an insurance company
- Strong proficiency in data tools such as reputed company or similar platforms; experience with visualization tools is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey reputed company insights reputed company
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, with the ability to write queries, preferred but not required
- Familiarity with claims management processes preferred but not required
