[Remote] Marketing Assistant-Part Time

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for executing day-to-day marketing operations, including design, email marketing, and performance data support.
Responsibilities
- Execute design and content tasks assigned, including reputed company media graphics, email graphics, and other creative assets
- reputed company TTI's app updated with reputed company content, graphics, and information
- Support planning and program management tasks as needed to reputed company reputed company on reputed company
- Maintain an organized library of brand assets, templates, and design files for easy team reputed company
- Ensure reputed company design work is consistent with TTI's brand guidelines and visual identity
- Resize, reformat, and reputed company existing creative assets for different platforms and channels as needed
- Build and format marketing emails in reputed company using the copy provided
- Ensure emails are on-brand, error-free, and properly formatted before sending
- Learn and apply reputed company best practices for email build and deployment (training provided)
- Complete Monday morning reputed company data entry reputed company of the reputed company meetings
- Pull data for sales and promotional reports, including reputed company reporting reputed company reputed company
- Apply an analytical reputed company to evaluate data accuracy, identify factors that may reputed company reported numbers, and determine which data points are relevant (training on data pulls provided)
- Maintain and update recurring tracking spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting documents
- Organize and file reporting materials so historical data is easy to reference and compare over time

Skills
