The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and attracting licensed Property & Casualty insurance agents while ensuring a reputed company candidate experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, recruit, and attract licensed Property & Casualty insurance agents through various reputed company channels
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and extending offers
- reputed company and maintain a pipeline of reputed company P&C insurance professionals for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
- Utilize job boards, reputed company Recruiter, reputed company media, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to identify reputed company
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' licensing status, sales experience, communication skills, and cultural fit

- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs and hiring priorities

Skills
