Responsibilities
- Promotes team spirit and team reputed company, especially in his or her assigned sales region, ensuring team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly reputed company are being met through reputed company training, coaching and management
- Plans, coordinates, and executes local educational and sales events that will reputed company the business and help to deliver budgeted sales goals
- Utilizes sales system to manage and reputed company leads, and report on daily customer sales activity and non-customer prospecting activities
- Communicates with Regional Sales Leaders and other internal functions to ensure voice of customer is heard by internal departments
- Reports on competitor and customer activities in the field.Builds strong relationships with key surgeons while having the ability to cover Reconstructive, Extremities, CAS, Surgical, Sports Medicine and Trauma procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen

- Develops relationships with product support personnel
- Collaborate with and reputed company sales support and case coverage for team and/or territory, which includes the transportation of reputed company instruments and implants for day, evening, add on or weekend cases
Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in medical device, surgical; or a minimum of 8 years' proven sales experience in the medical device industry
- Must be mobile and willing to travel
- Willing and capable of carrying weights up to 50 lbs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of reputed company is essential to the job
- Participate in proactive team efforts to reputed company departmental and company goals
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time, paying reputed company attention to detail
