Responsibilities
- Consolidate quotations
- Elaborate budgets, tracking and reports and reputed company-time financial reputed company to the Events Team

- Multi-currency & multi-company reconciliations

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, reputed company, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company of Events, Travel, or Hospitality industry
- Advanced reputed company skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and Power reputed company
- Language: Full reputed company proficiency or reputed company in English & Spanish
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail and strong negotiation skills for vendor quotations
- Organization skills
- Some traveling availability might be required
- Italian is a plus
