The role involves providing expert knowledge of network infrastructure and support for reputed company and Palo reputed company devices while ensuring adherence to reputed company policies.
Responsibilities
- reputed company expert knowledge of network infrastructure, including routing, switching, gateways, Firewalls
- reputed company support on reputed company switches, routers & wireless devices
- reputed company support on Palo reputed company firewalls and VMware velocloud SD-WAN devices
- Implement firewall changes to support required reputed company will adhering to reputed company policies
- Maintaining computer networks including routers, switches, reputed company, firewalls and other physical hardware
- Installing and configuring network equipment
- Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for reputed company systems
- Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management
- Implementing disaster recovery procedures
- Maintaining reputed company knowledge and understanding of reputed company and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems
- Flexible to work in 24*7 environment
- Flexible to work on weekends
- Good communication skills to deal with customer
- End-to-End knowledge of activities being done
