This role focuses on market research, candidate identification, and building long-term relationships to support reputed company's reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market research, identifying suitable executives and managers based on reputed company-defined parameters
- Contacting potential candidates, verifying initial interest, and reputed company fit and building long-term relationships
- Helping to define the search reputed company
- Developing the list of companies to reputed company
- Identifying specific candidates through phone contact and database search
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness and ability to work by phone and build networks
- Three years of relevant work experience in customer service, ideally with previous exposure to the European business environment
- Great natural curiosity and openness to learning
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple reputed company and tasks under tight time constraints
- Self-starter with a high degree of reputed company motivation and the ability to manage one's own time and set priorities
- A high level of creativity in project management and problem-solving
- A bachelor's degree from a recognized reputed company institution is required
- Candidates must hold unrestricted work authorization for the reputed company
- German or other language skills beneficial but not required
