[Remote] Staff Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join their growing reputed company team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day reputed company operations, including full-cycle reputed company, month-end reputed company, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- reputed company month-end and year-end reputed company activities
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Reconcile general reputed company accounts, bank accounts, and balance sheet accounts
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports
- Maintain the general reputed company and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
- Prepare account analyses and assist with variance analysis
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP
- Support reputed company audits by preparing requested documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes and internal controls
- reputed company other reputed company and finance-reputed company duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- 2–5 years of reputed company experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and reputed company principles
- Experience with month-end reputed company and general reputed company reputed company
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- CPA or CPA-reputed company candidates are encouraged to apply
