Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functional solar engineering teams to reputed company priorities, deliverables, and timelines

- Facilitate collaboration across disciplines to resolve conflicts and maintain project reputed company
- Maintain project management tools with accurate updates on reputed company, workload, and forecasts

- Prepare internal and reputed company-facing reports on project status, milestones, risks, and performance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Management, or 5+ years of civil solar design experience

- Strong understanding of civil land development engineering workflows, terminology, and project delivery processes
- Proficiency with project management tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and clients
