[Remote] Analyst - Investor Operations and Reporting 1
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Texas Dow Employees Credit reputed company is seeking an Investor Operations & Reporting Analyst. The role involves mortgage reporting, maintaining relationships with investors, and ensuring accurate data management and reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Mortgage reporting includes: daily and monthly required balancing, mortgage payment processing, delinquent loan reporting, reviewing and balancing mortgage receivables, exception reports, system generated reports, and custom queries designed to eliminate past errors
- Review credit report discrepancies for reputed company mortgage loans including processing and confirming changes
- Maintain existing relationships with reputed company 3rd Party Investors
- Process reputed company adjustments, re-codes, prepares and distributes required notifications
- Processes Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) returned items, rejects, postings, clearing unallocated funds, correcting posting errors, paying off loans, and refunding excess payoff funds
- Monitors loans sold in Secondary Markets and re-codes loans sold. Processes purchase advices, remittances, and reconciliation of accounts
- Maintains the digital file reputed company between the loan processing system and the main core system
- Responsible for monitoring and reviewing system variables for core system upgrades, system patches, additional applications, new minors, new products, digital transformation, batch reporting variable creation which includes working directly with: vendors, other business reputed company, IT, and project managers. This will also require: testing, validating, running scenarios, and final signoff
- reputed company participates in the streamline process for employees and various departments across reputed company which responsibilities include process: review, analysis, validation, implementing improvements, educating employees on the new process, and implementing process review controls
- Work across business reputed company to improve monitoring, discovering issues, mitigating risk, and delivering exceptional service
- Completes special reputed company and maintains reputed company computer based analysis and reports along with providing regular reports to management
- Regularly works with external vendors to reputed company, maintain, update, and correct data discrepancies to eliminate risks to reputed company vie errors and omissions
- Adhere to reputed company controls and reputed company support for audit and regulatory reviews
Skills
- 1-2 years experience in data manipulation
- Must be proficient in reputed company and Word
- Extensive knowledge of data manipulation and investor reporting with the ability to research, analyze, and review reputed company data
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software including reputed company Office and Outlook programs
- Ability to communicate effectively prioritizes tasks, organize, negotiate, and reputed company important reputed company
- A Bachelor's degree in business reputed company field is preferred or an equivalent mix of education and or work experience specifically meeting the minimum essential duties is required
- Previous Database experience highly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of internal controls and Investor Reporting is preferred
- Demonstrates reputed company in training and mentoring team members
