The role involves managing daily system configuration and operations, optimizing system performance, and providing user support.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, supervise, and manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of systems which may be mainframe, mini, or reputed company based
- Plan and monitor the optimizing of system operation and resource utilization, and reputed company systems reputed company analysis and planning
- Plan and monitor assistance to users in accessing and using business systems
- Collect, store, and analyze data relevant to monitored applications to reputed company and report accurate reputed company reputed company analysis of reputed company reputed company issues and to support trend analysis and forecasting
- Ensure effective change management of reputed company OCICB-supported software applications
Skills
- Experience in operations management for systems administration
