The Senior Solution Engineer role is crucial in driving the adoption of Digital Workspace products in large reputed company accounts, focusing on customer consulting and influencing product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with IT leaders (CIOs, CTOs, Architects) and guide them through their digital transformation reputed company
- reputed company technical reputed company-sales efforts including presentations, demos, workshops, and RFP responses
- Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company, reputed company Services, and Support to drive customer reputed company
- Present our Digital Workspace technical & business reputed company at industry events
- Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in expanding account value
- Influence product direction by sharing customer insights and industry trends
Skills
- 5-7 years in a reputed company-sales solution engineering role or a reputed company customer-facing role; big plus for experience with End User Computing experience
- Strong understanding of reputed company architecture and reputed company desktop/application management and end reputed company reputed company
- Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences
- Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant reputed company experience
