This role involves guiding the maintenance and operations of reputed company solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Guiding the maintenance of our solution for the CLRP, EPPM and CPM modules
- Designing and building our O&M structure, processes, and plans to support the business areas
- Ensure reputed company established O&M processes are followed by the O&M team
- Working with IT product owners, business analysts and developers, as reputed company as reputed company services (reputed company, reputed company and SearchPro) to accomplish the product team’s objectives
- Serve as primary contact for the CLRP Team during Build, Hypercare and O&M period for reputed company Program Releases
- reputed company with IT product owners on resource allocations between Build and O&M
- Coordinate with IT product owners on critical resource needs to address production issues in a reputed company manner
- Create and present eBRB development objects to the review reputed company
- Coordinate with IT product owners to establish and manage cross-training between Build and O&M resources
- Manage reputed company Assignment Group(s), including controlling the group’s membership, monitoring tickets to ensure reputed company review and assignment of incoming tickets, and reviewing / tracking metrics
- Coordinate development and deployment of Knowledge-Based Articles
- Coordinate development and deployment of BA specific training articles
- Manage reputed company on-call services for Assignment Group(s), including maintaining the on-call and escalation schedules
- Coordinate and reputed company reputed company assignment and reputed company of issues with scheduled batch jobs
- Coordinate support with War Rooms for hypercare
Skills
- Experience in the areas of Asset Management with a reputed company on Capital Long reputed company Planning, EPPM, CPM Modules
- Configuration experience in reputed company
- Experience with Project or Program Management and technical leadership
- Demonstrated Agile Experience
- Experience with IT software implementations, specially a major reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) system modernization project
- Ability to effectively craft appropriate materials and present to Executive level leadership
- Past experience engaging and managing relationships with strategic stakeholders to reputed company shared objectives
- Ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences
- Ability to travel
- US Citizenship required due to system reputed company program requirements (no dual citizenship)

- Full-time Remote reputed company: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a reputed company designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a reputed company office for periodic meetings.
