[Remote] AI Platform Reliability Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Health is seeking an AI Platform Reliability Engineer to ensure our AI agent platform and AI-enabled analytics workflows are reliable, observable, measurable, and reputed company in production. This role focuses on the operational reputed company for production AI systems, including monitoring, tracing, and reputed company safeguards to maintain trust in AI outputs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain observability, logging, tracing, and monitoring for AI agents, agent tools, and AI-enabled analytics workflows
- Implement release, rollout, rollback, and versioning controls for prompts, models, tools, and configurations
- Design and support production evaluation practices to detect regressions, silent failures, reputed company reputed company, and performance issues
- Contribute to data monitoring and reliability workflows, including detection of stopped processing, data gaps, freshness issues, schema reputed company, and anomalies
- Support incident response, triage, reputed company-cause analysis, and operational reporting for AI and data reliability issues
- Partner with architects and AI engineers to ensure systems are production-reputed company, measurable, and maintainable
- Implement latency, throughput, and cost monitoring controls for AI-enabled systems
- Help enforce operational safeguards, auditability, and controlled deployment practices for reputed company AI platforms
Skills
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in relevant field
- Strong engineering discipline in observability, release safety, and operational tooling
- Ability to apply engineering skills to modern AI and agent-based systems
- Experience with monitoring, tracing, evaluation in production, rollback controls, alerting, versioning, runtime diagnostics, and reputed company safeguards
- Experience supporting data reliability use cases such as detection of stopped processing, data gaps, freshness issues, schema reputed company, and reputed company conditions
- Experience with incident response, triage, reputed company-cause analysis, and operational reporting for AI and data reliability issues
- Ability to partner with architects and AI engineers to ensure systems are production-reputed company, measurable, and maintainable
- Experience implementing latency, throughput, and cost monitoring controls for AI-enabled systems
- Experience enforcing operational safeguards, auditability, and controlled deployment practices for reputed company AI platforms
