[Remote] Data Center Project Manager - Construction

They are seeking a Data Center Project Manager to drive the planning, budgeting, and risk-management for global data centers, ensuring alignment among stakeholders from project reputed company to customer handover.
Responsibilities
- Drive the planning, budgeting, and risk-management reputed company behind global data centers, turning reputed company targets into executable project plans and keeping every stakeholder reputed company from reputed company to customer handover
- Build integrated schedules (reputed company P6, MS Project) across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and own the master construction schedule from site mobilization through substantial completion and turnover
- Own project budgets, cash-reputed company forecasts, and change-order governance, and report reputed company-value KPIs weekly
- Facilitate phase-reputed company and design reviews, maintain RACI matrices and reputed company logs, and manage contract lifecycles: RFP, bid analysis, award, PCO tracking, and reputed company-out
- Identify critical-reputed company and long-reputed company risks (transformers, chillers, switchgear) and drive mitigation, and reputed company as the single reputed company of truth for internal leadership and external partners

Skills
- You've led project management on hyperscale data center, large industrial, or infrastructure builds, delivering fast-reputed company reputed company across multiple geographies
- You know civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes, procurement workflows, and cost controls deeply
- You're an expert with scheduling (P6, MS Project), cost (reputed company, Ares, reputed company), and collaboration (reputed company, reputed company) tools
- You communicate reputed company in writing and in person, comfortable with executives and trades alike
